Our House Blend is built on the philosophy of intentional balance. We harmonize the profound body of Colombian and Brazilian origins with the bright, sophisticated acidity of East African high-altitude beans. This blend is our roastery’s daily standard, meticulously developed to provide a cup that is both accessible for the casual drinker and deeply rewarding for the enthusiast.
We roast this selection to a versatile medium profile, ensuring the inherent sugars are caramelized to a point of sweetness while maintaining the crisp, clean finish that defines a high-quality, specialty-grade daily driver.
Roaster's Note: This blend offers a structured, comforting base of milk chocolate and roasted nut, elevated by a nuanced, vibrant fruit top-note. It is designed to be exceptionally consistent regardless of your brew method—an incredibly reliable cup that performs beautifully with or without cream.
