Brazil, Colombia, Kenya | Bakers Chocolate, Nutty Undertones, Dark Cherry, and Velvet Body

Made in a cottage food operation that is not subject to routine government food safety inspections
We are currently working towards commercial operations to bring not just our coffee beans, but a high end cafe and cocktail bar to the local Tampa Florida area.

The Craft Behind The Roast

Latitude 0 is a carefully curated multi-origin blend that tracks the world's premier coffee-producing belt. By combining high-altitude South American estate coffees with a vibrant East African component, this blend strikes a perfect equilibrium. We utilize clean, naturally processed Brazilian lots alongside washed Colombian to establish a foundational sweetness, then layer in a high-density Kenyan selection to introduce complexity and brightness.

We roast this profile to a precise, balanced medium. This development allows the delicate fruit sugars of the Kenyan bean to shine without turning sour, while ensuring the deep, rich qualities of the South American origins are fully structuralized. It is an incredibly adaptable blend designed to maintain its distinct clarity across various extraction methods.

Roaster's Note: The brilliance of Latitude 0 lies in its mouthfeel. The base coffees provide a smooth, velvet body that fills the palate immediately with bakers chocolate and warm, nutty undertones. Just as the sip settles, the high-grown Kenyan component cuts through with a beautiful, refined pop of dark cherry, making for a complex yet remarkably approachable daily drinker.
